Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Design components and mechanisms from concept through production release
  • Present and lead 3D model reviews to evaluate technical solutions
  • Perform structural analysis including hand calculations and FEA
  • Produce technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Explore new solutions to enhance sustainability, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, and testing teams
  • Contribute to design validation activities such as endurance, performance, and drop testing

What you bring:

  • Experience in designing mechanical systems and industrial equipment
  • Broad technical knowledge and genuine interest in machinery and mechanical design
  • Familiarity with power transmission, gearbox technology, and manufacturing methods such as machining, casting, injection molding, and additive manufacturing
  • Knowledge of motors and electronic equipment is considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in CREO, PDM, and Microsoft 365
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is an advantage but not required)
