Job summary

Scania is seeking a Senior Manager, Bus Chassis Development to lead the safe, robust chassis solutions across the product lifecycle. You will head the Chassis Development section within the Bus Platform Development Management Team, guiding design, simulation, and testing to advance performance and reliability.

In this role you will define long-term technology roadmaps, drive platform competitiveness, and foster collaboration across Scania, TRATON and partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience, including senior management roles.

• Strategic thinker with a structured, hands-on approach to delivering results.
• Proven track record in complex technical environments and driving improvements.

Role Summary

As Senior Manager, Bus Chassis Development, you will lead the development of safe, robust, and efficient chassis solutions that deliver outstanding vehicle performance throughout the product lifecycle. As a member of the Bus Platform Development Management Team, you will be responsible for the Chassis Development section, leading teams within design, simulation, and testing. You will drive the long-term technology roadmap, strengthen platform competitiveness, and ensure the Chassis domain evolves in line with Scania's People Transport Solutions strategy and the broader TRATON organization.
