Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the Chassis domain, aligning with business strategy and TRATON roadmaps.
• Lead the development and delivery of competitive chassis solutions that improve performance, durability, modularity, and customer value.
• Drive engineering excellence by improving quality, efficiency, delivery, and cost competitiveness.
• Build and develop a high-performing organization through capability development, workforce planning, and accountability culture.
• Foster collaboration and platform synergies across Scania, TRATON, and external partners for end-to-end development.
