SHT SMART HIGH-TECH AKTIEBOLAG in Gothenburg is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician specializing in Mechanical & Cooling Systems. This role involves ensuring high equipment availability and long-term reliability in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, F-Gas certification, and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. You will drive improvements in cooling system reliability and efficiency while working on advanced technologies in AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with thermal processes and industrial cooling equipment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems.
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
