Job summary

Telia Company seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join Telia Finance, providing practical legal advice across credit, financing, leasing and regulatory matters in the Nordic B2B space.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of B2B contracts, support product development and navigate compliance in AML, KYC and data protection. A Swedish law degree and 6–8 years’ post-qualification experience in finance are required.

Qualifications

• Swedish law degree required.
• 6–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance or financial services.
• Experience in commercial contracts and regulatory matters in finance.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on credit, financing, leasing and related regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate B2B commercial agreements.
• Support product development and regulatory project implementations.
• Advise on corporate law, governance and outsourcing, including data protection.
