Job summary

SKF Group is seeking a Senior Process Specialist for Additive Manufacturing in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will bridge technology development with production implementation for Laser Powder Bed Fusion of metals, driving qualification, readiness, and continuous improvement across development, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on L-PBF experience with a strong background in process verification, CAD/DfAM, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in an engineering field with practical L-PBF experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on industrial experience with metal additive manufacturing.
• Experience moving additive manufacturing from development to production readiness.
• Good written and spoken English; cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead L-PBF process development and qualification with product development.
• Develop verification methods and quality assurance for in-process control.
• Advance additive manufacturing capabilities through prototype and PoC work.
• Keep up-to-date with manufacturing tech and disseminate knowledge internally.
