Job summary

Toptracer is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to develop, test, and deliver the infrastructure behind its camera-based driving range technology. You will transform business needs into reliable technical solutions while leading projects across software, hardware, sourcing, and event teams.

You will train teammates, collaborate with international partners, and help establish global infrastructure capabilities, including the US, with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network and System Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure roles.
• Deep knowledge of Linux environments, networks, and system administration.
• Ability to understand complex technical environments and how infrastructure, hardware, and software components interact.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with international teams, partners, or suppliers.
• Experience with Python and Ansible is highly valued.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help develop, test, and deliver the infrastructure services behind Toptracer’s camera-based driving range technology. In this role, you will transform business and operational needs into reliable technical solutions. You will work closely with our infrastructure, software, and hardware teams throughout the full development lifecycle from planning and testing to implementation and continuous improvement.

A central part of the role is sharing your expertise across the organization. You will train and support infrastructure colleagues in Toptracer’s internally developed hardware and software, while helping our global teams and partners build the knowledge required to operate our technology successfully.

You will also lead infrastructure-related projects, coordinate initiatives across multiple teams, and contribute to establishing and developing infrastructure capabilities in the US and other international markets.

This is a hands-on senior position for someone who combines deep technical infrastructure knowledge with project leadership, collaboration, and a passion for developing both technology and people.

• Translate business needs into scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
• Take ownership of complex infrastructure projects from planning to delivery
• Work closely with software, hardware, sourcing, and event teams
• Test and finalize internally developed hardware and software products
• Improve processes, testing methods, supplier collaboration, and operational quality
• Train and mentor infrastructure colleagues in Toptracer technology
• Build and maintain partnerships with teams and stakeholders across global markets
• Help establish and develop Toptracer’s infrastructure capabilities in the US
• Influence technical decisions and ways of working across the organization
• Enable Toptracer’s world-leading technology to scale globally and deliver more FUN to the world

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Programming skills in Python are considered a strong advantage. We are moving toward an Infrastructure as a Service approach, and our established automation platform is built using Python and Ansible. Experience with either, or an interest in developing these skills, is therefore highly valued.
