Job summary

Toptracer is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to develop, test, and deliver the infrastructure behind its camera-based driving range technology. You will transform business needs into reliable technical solutions while leading projects across software, hardware, sourcing, and event teams.

You will train teammates, collaborate with international partners, and help establish global infrastructure capabilities, including the US, with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Network and System Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure roles.
• Deep knowledge of Linux environments, networks, and system administration.
• Ability to understand complex technical environments and how infrastructure, hardware, and software components interact.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to different audiences.
• Experience collaborating with international teams, partners, or suppliers.
• Experience with Python and Ansible is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deliver the infrastructure services behind Toptracer’s camera-based driving range technology.
• Train and mentor infrastructure colleagues in Toptracer’s hardware and software.
• Lead infrastructure-related projects and coordinate initiatives across multiple teams.
• Support global teams and partners to operate Toptracer technology successfully.
• Translate business needs into scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Improve processes, testing methods, supplier collaboration and operational quality.
