Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a senior Financial Controller to join our Group Reporting and Control Team in Stockholm. You will take ownership of financial reporting and compliance for your jurisdictions, driving IFRS consolidation and ensuring high standards for IPO readiness.

We expect 8+ years in financial reporting, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience coordinating across multiple entities. You will lead external audits, partner with FP&A, and champion AI-enabled improvements in reporting and

Qualifications

8+ years in financial reporting and controllership with group reporting and consolidation.
Fluent in English; strong IFRS and local GAAP knowledge; experience with consolidated group financial statements, annual reports, VAT and corporate income tax filings.
Proven external audit leadership experience end-to-end, including group audit.
Experience across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions in an international organisation with group-level consolidation.
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, consolidation and financial reporting systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP).
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional work without formal people management authority; translate complex financial detail for senior stakeholders.
Proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; drive to streamline accounting processes at group level.
Experience using AI to improve output quality in a finance role.
Experience from a listed company or scaling finance functions to meet public-market standards is meritorious.
Track record preparing for and adopting new IFRS standards is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own group reporting and the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements.
Drive alignment on regulations and IFRS standards across jurisdictions; ensure policies stay streamlined at group level.
Map risk and strengthen internal controls across the group; drive improvements to reporting processes.
Own and run group finance projects from new reporting standards to assessing impact of new business lines.
Champion AI and automation to speed up reporting, reconciliations and controls.
Own assigned areas of group reporting across jurisdictions and be responsible for related compliance.
Lead external auditors relationship and contribute to the group audit.
Plan and coordinate month-end close at group level and allocate work based on workload and seniority.
