Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join the Group Reporting and Control team in Stockholm. You will own financial reporting, IFRS consolidation, and compliance across jurisdictions, working with accountants, FP&A and external auditors to scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in financial reporting and controllership, with senior-level group reporting responsibilities.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and local GAAP, including consolidation and external audit processes.
• Experience leading external audit relationships end to end, including group audits.
• Experience across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions in international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting and preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements.
• Drive alignment on IFRS standards across jurisdictions and ensure compliance of local statutory reporting.
• Map risk, strengthen internal controls, and drive improvements in reporting processes.
• Own group finance projects, from new standards to impact of new business lines on consolidated reporting.
• Champion AI and automation to speed up reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Coordinate month-end close at group level and manage workflow across contributors.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and support the group audit.
• Oversee VAT and corporate income tax filings in assigned jurisdictions.
