The opportunity As the HSE Manager at Power Transformers, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
You will drive a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across all operations, minimizing risks and promoting well-being for employees and the community.
In this role, you will have direct people management responsibility for the HSE team, including leadership, performance management, competence development, and employee engagement.
You will also be a member of the local management team, contributing to strategic decisions and ensuring that HSE priorities are integrated into business objectives and operational excellence initiatives.
You will play a key role in enabling the energy transition by ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment within one of our most critical business units – Power Transformers.
