Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting global organizations and leadership development.
• Proven track record in change management and people analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PDL and Global Sourcing leadership to translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Advise senior leaders from an HR perspective with objective views and constructive challenge.
• Develop leaders, teams and capabilities to strengthen long-term competitiveness.
• Define and drive people and culture agenda aligned with Alfa Laval’s strategy.
• Lead HR data analytics to identify opportunities and risks and translate insights into actions.
