Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for Parts Distribution & Logistics (PDL) and Global Sourcing in Lund, Sweden. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people, organization and leadership strategy across global functions and regions.

The role requires fluency in English, a track record in change management, and deep expertise in HR data and leadership development. Travel is expected as you drive global transformation and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
10+ years in HR Business Partner or equivalent roles.
Experience with global organizations and cross-cultural teams.
Proven Change Management experience in complex organizational changes.
Strong HR data analytics skills with ability to translate insights into actions.
Talent management and strategic people processes experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
Fluent English; other languages a plus.
