Job summary

Brite Payments in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Group Accountant to ensure timely and accurate reporting across the group. You will own monthly closing processes, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory reporting, driving automation and AI adoption.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in group accounting, strong NetSuite experience, knowledge of K3, and fluent Swedish and English. Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in group accounting.
• Knowledge of K3 accounting standards.
• Strong NetSuite knowledge and ability to drive automation/AI adoption.
• Attention to detail in financial reporting.
• Fluent Swedish and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and support monthly closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis.
• Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation.
• Prepare annual reports for Swedish group entities in line with K3.
• Conduct tax and VAT reporting and assist with transfer pricing setup.
• System owner of NetSuite.
• Participate in audits and communicate with auditors.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI adoption in finance/accounting.
• Contribute to various finance/accounting projects.
