What You'll Do

• Design and evolve scalable, high-performance systems in Go
• Drive system design decisions that support both single‑tenant and multi‑tenant architectures at scale
• Unify and improve infrastructure and services to enable efficient scaling and reliability
• Drive AI‑assisted engineering practices, including agentic coding and tool creation
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to define the technical roadmap and future platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing, building and operating complex distributed systems
• Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization
• Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex systems clearly
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality
• GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important

Location and Logistics
