Job summary

Nordic Investin is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design retrieval augmented generation and agent workflows, and to build robust evaluation suites for quality, safety and regression testing.

You will integrate models with documents, APIs and business systems while implementing identity, permission and audit controls, and optimize latency and operating costs. Strong Python backend skills and cloud deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
• Hands on work with language model APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of embeddings, retrieval and vector search.
• Experience evaluating nondeterministic systems.
• Cloud deployment, observability and security awareness.
• Ability to challenge a use case when a simpler solution is better.
