Job summary

Redeploy designs and builds production-grade RAG and agentic AI systems end-to-end, from use-case definition to a usable user interface. You’ll work in Nordic client engagements across industries, collaborating with Data and Platform Engineers to deliver robust AI solutions.

You will shape projects with stakeholders, own the model-business interface, and push for production-ready, observable, and secure deployments. The role blends deep technical work with client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning business problems into AI production systems.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals with production-grade delivery.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and retrieval techniques.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or CrewAI).
• Experience with Azure AI services in production environments.
• Ability to build lightweight front-end interfaces for AI apps.
• Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI application layer end-to-end: ingestion, retrieval, reasoning, and user-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Platform Engineers to shape and build production systems.
• Engage with clients to drive use-cases from discovery to production.
