Develop a modern frontend application using Vue 3 and TypeScript, supported by a design system, component libraries, and SCSS.
Build and improve Python-based backend services and REST APIs for search, project management, recommendations, analytics, and data exports.
Develop database-backed features using PostgreSQL and SQL, with a focus on performance, data integrity, and maintainability.
Contribute to cloud migration and platform operations on Microsoft Azure, using managed services for backend and frontend hosting.
Collaborate with data and platform teams to improve integrations and transformation pipelines, supporting the transition towards Databricks-based solutions.
Strengthen authentication, authorisation, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring to ensure secure and reliable releases.
Contribute to technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and share knowledge across the team.
Balance the delivery of new functionality with architectural improvements and simplification.
At least five years of professional full-stack development experience, with responsibility for features from design through production.
Strong skills in Vue.js and TypeScript, alongside Python and FastAPI.
Practical experience developing and operating applications on Microsoft Azure, including containerised services, secure configuration, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, including SQL-based transformations, data pipelines, and integration with application services.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
Experience designing secure REST APIs and implementing authentication and authorisation using standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, and troubleshooting production applications.
Strong collaboration skills, sound technical judgement, and a commitment to writing clear, maintainable code.
Cloud migrations and incremental modernisation, with experience of other cloud platforms and data warehouses considered an advantage.
Data transformation and orchestration using dbt, Dagster, or comparable tools.
Data governance and sharing technologies, such as Unity Catalog and Delta Sharing.
Infrastructure as code using Terraform and delivery automation with GitHub Actions.
Enterprise identity integrations and Excel export generation using tools such as pandas and XlsxWriter.
