Job summary

Aira in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join the Engagement Team. You’ll build tools for installers and service technicians across iOS/Android from a single Flutter codebase, delivering smooth installations of heat pumps, solar panels, batteries, and inverters.

Join a fast-growing, hybrid-work scale-up with a central Stockholm office near Sankt Eriksplan and Odenplan, collaborating with R&D in Sweden and production in Poland, helping Europe advance clean energy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• Experience with Flutter and Dart in production apps.
• Familiarity with state management patterns and testable code.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship features across iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase.
• Partner with UX design to craft interfaces built for real field conditions, used by technicians on-site.
• Work tightly with in-field teams to optimize the commissioning experience.
• Build reliable device integrations over Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, and Thread.
