Job summary

Avy in Sweden is hiring a senior Flutter engineer to shape the architecture of our cross-design app and front-end tooling. You’ll own state management, modularisation, and testing strategy while collaborating with backend Go engineers and product managers.

You bring years of shipping production Flutter apps, an AI-first mindset for the SDLC, and a track record of architectural judgment. You’ll mentor peers and set technical direction in a fast-growing prop-tech scale-up offering a competitive

• Architectural judgement — you’ve seen a Flutter codebase go wrong and know why.
• End-to-end ownership: store releases, crash triage, performance.
• Ability to set technical direction.
• Working knowledge of native platform behaviour for the cases Flutter doesn’t cover.

Responsibilities

What you\'ll do

• Own the architecture of our Flutter codebase — state management, modularisation, testing strategy
• Set standards for code review, CI/CD and releases
• Work directly with backend engineers (Go) and product
• Mentor and collaborate with other Flutter engineers in the company

What we need

• Native iOS or Android background, especially a native-to-Flutter migration
