Job summary

Quest Global seeks an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to design, document, and deliver low-voltage electrical systems for power generation and industrial projects in Sweden. You will own design packages, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and collaborate with project teams to translate customer requirements into robust engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering within industrial, energy, power generation or similar environments.
• Experience designing and documenting low-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
• Experience using electrical engineering and design tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering information management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver electrical engineering designs for customer projects in energy and industrial sectors.
• Own assigned design packages meeting quality, schedule, cost and customer requirements.
• Design and document low-voltage systems and equipment (VFDs, UPS, battery systems, LV switchgear).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support projects through design, documentation, assembly, and project execution.
• Assist manufacturing, installation, commissioning, procurement and suppliers as needed.
• Provide technical support during assembly, testing, commissioning and site activities.
