Job summary

Emerson in Linköping, Sweden seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electronics development for radar-based measurement solutions in industrial automation. You will drive hardware design, schematics, and PCB layouts while guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.

Requirements include 7+ years in electronics design, strong math/circuit theory foundation, and English proficiency; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of electronics design, hardware development, or product development experience.
Experience leading technical activities or engineering work packages.

Responsibilities

Lead electronics development work packages in radar sensors and related components.
Design, develop, and maintain electronic hardware including schematics and PCB layouts.
Participate in full product development lifecycle from concept to production launch.
Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
