Qualifications

• Senior-level EHS professional with strong experience leading EHS functions.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (LSO), willing to obtain Supervisor for Flammable Goods (LBE).
• Proven experience in high-risk manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site EHS activities ensuring compliance with Swedish legislation.
• Develop the EHS function and coach the EHS Lead Officer.
• Drive EHS strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
