Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior post-sales, customer operations, or transformation leadership roles within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI-enabled tools or automated workflows.
• Experience leading hands-on transformation or operating-model change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the CCO's highest-priority transformation initiatives across Support, Carrier Integration, and Professional Services.
• Run workshops and bring frontline teams to design new ways of working.
• Build or prototype AI-enabled workflows to remove friction in post-sales operations.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives across multiple functions.
• Travel frequently across European offices to maintain frontline presence.
