Cognicatus AB in Linköping, Sweden, is hiring a Senior Digital Design Engineer to implement the digital blocks at the heart of our chips. You will lead the design and implementation of high-performance digital blocks on advanced process nodes.

You will translate architecture into efficient, robust designs, optimize for performance, power, and area, and collaborate with verification, analog and mixed-signal engineers. The role offers remote work options and a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in digital ASIC design.
• Strong understanding of digital design concepts.
• Experience in design and verification of digital blocks.
• Strong written and spoken English.

What you bring

• 8+ years of experiencein digital ASIC design

Nice to have

• Experience with high-performance digital systems (CPU/GPU, Serdes) and/or memory controllers (DRAM/HBM)
• Experience in advanced process nodes (FinFET, GAA)
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments
