Job summary

Maandag Nordic seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Team Lead to strengthen a technically advanced software environment for embedded systems. This role blends hands-on DevOps work with team leadership to drive delivery and excellence.

You will plan, prioritize and coordinate the DevOps team, develop CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and work across Linux, macOS, AWS/Azure and automated testing. You will mentor engineers while contributing technically and shaping long-term DevOps

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps teams in mature environments.
• Strong hands-on DevOps with CI/CD and automation.
• Proficiency with Linux and macOS in software development.
• Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the DevOps team, planning sprints and priorities.
• Hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines, automation and cloud systems.
• Develop and improve internal tooling and workflows.
