Job summary

Ikano Bank in Malmö seeks a senior Product/UX Designer to own design systems and end-to-end product design for digital banking experiences. You’ll set the standards, mentor others, and partner with Product and Tech in a cross-functional squad.

Fluency in English, deep design systems expertise, and strong Figma skills are required. You’ll shape tokens, components, and accessibility to deliver simple, human-centred experiences in a fast-changing financial context.

Qualifications

• Several years as a Product/UX Designer in digital product teams with deep, demonstrable design systems expertise.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design and real systems depth—components, tokens, patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the design quality of your Product area end to end — spot problems early, propose solutions, and drive them home with your PM.
• Design complete customer journeys: research, flows, prototypes, and production-ready specs in Figma.
• Run your own research and usability testing, and bring in quantitative data to validate decisions.
• Own our design system — its components, tokens, and documentation — establishing patterns and ways of working.
• Turn one-off solutions into reusable, shared practice across the team.
• Mentor other Product designers and elevate the team’s craft.
