Job summary

Incluso AB in Gothenburg is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to design, build, and enable scalable reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights using Databricks as a foundation.

You will work with the Enterprise Analytics & Insights Team to translate data needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring reliable, secure, governed data for analytics across the organization. The role is a 5-month contract starting October 2026 and is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and building scalable cloud-based data pipelines.
• Proven experience integrating data from multiple domains into governed analytics platforms.
• Experience with production-grade data solutions, data quality controls, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms using Databricks.
• Build, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Develop trusted data products with data modeling, governance, and security.
• Ensure reliable data operations through monitoring, testing, automation, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive engineering excellence.
