Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer in Gothenburg to design, build, and scale data platforms for analytics and AI-driven insights. The role focuses on reliable data operations, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with business and platform teams.

You will implement scalable Databricks-based solutions, ensure data quality and security, and work with ERP, HR, Finance, and CRM data to deliver trusted analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering, data platform development, Databricks, or related role.
• Experience integrating data from multiple domains and source systems into governed analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms using Databricks (data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses).
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration across ERP, HR, Finance, CRM, and other systems.
• Develop trusted data products with data modeling, metadata management, and governance.
• Ensure reliable data operations with monitoring, testing, automation, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers to drive engineering excellence.
