Job summary

A global recruitment consulting firm is seeking an experienced external consultant to support its HR department's AI transformation initiative. Assignment Description

Our large bankclientis looking for a highly experienced (5+ years)external consultant to support the HR department in its AI transformation initiative. The consultant will:

• Co-develop a dedicated AI infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Migrate existing AI models into the new platform
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Enable long-term operational independence within the HR organisation regarding AI and data science capabilities

The role involves both strategic input and hands-on development in a complex enterprise environment.

Assignment period: From ASAP (flexible start) to 6 months from the start date, with a potential extension

Workload: 100%

Location: Stockholm, Arenastaden (on-site presence required at least 3 days per week)

Duration: 6 months from start date with a possible extension

Experience level: 5+ years Presence at Arenastaden required, ideally more thank 3 days per week

The role involves both strategic input and hands-on development in a complex enterprise environment.

Mandatory Requirements
