THE ROLE

As a Senior Consumer Insights Consultant at Haypp Group, you will join the Haypp Lab team, our in-house insight division. At Haypp Lab, you'll be part of a successful, forward-thinking, and skilled team. We offer our clients actionable insights by leveraging our robust consumer base and knowledge of the category to affect their market strategy, product development and branding. Within your role you will get the opportunity to work with multiple clients, on different markets and various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Execution: Take charge of end-to-end project management, from understanding client objectives to delivering insightful final reports. This includes everything from proposal drafting, methodology selection, questionnaire design, to data collection and analysis. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide client decision-making.
• Team Lead: while reporting directly to the Consumer Insight Manager, coordinate and mentor the team to ensure high-quality results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams like CRM, Customer Service, Category Management, and After-Sales.
• Continuously building and developing our consumer insights offer.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

We need an experienced team player who's eager to dive in, take charge, and grow. Here's what makes you the ideal fit:

• You have at least 5 years in a similar position, working on insights and have some managerial experience.
• You're hands-on, always ready to get involved with the work that needs doing.
• You like to build strong relationships with clients and your deliveries are something you’re proud off.
• Managing multiple projects at once? No problem for you.
• You're inventive, always looking for creative ways to solve challenges.
• Organized and responsible, you push projects forward.

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

• Experience from quantitative research. Ex. setting up surveys, scripting questionnaires, analyzing data and visualizing/presenting insights.
• Experience of client management – Relationship building, offer strategic guidance and up-sell.
• Understanding of latest and greatest within market/consumer research.
• Solid presentation skills
• Fluency in Swedish & English

Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest

• Experience of e-com
• Advanced insights methods such as conjoint analysis
• Skills in programs for data analysis, such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python or others.
