Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Project Construction & Commissioning Manager (PCCM) to lead all construction and commissioning activities from mobilization to handover on large-scale energy projects in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering Construction and/or Commissioning activities within major energy, utilities, industrial, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Ability to manage priorities in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Construction & Commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive the transition from Tendering and Engineering into Construction & Commissioning with clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks and opportunities.
• Establish and lead Construction & Commissioning teams with defined roles and delivery strategies.
• Monitor progress, budgets, forecasts and resource plans; implement mitigation and recovery measures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders; support commercial discussions.
