Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a senior commerce advisor to guide leadership teams through agentic commerce, translating strategy into executable transformation agendas. You will combine advisory judgement with technology fluency and commercial ownership.

You will advise C-level executives, shape commerce strategies and roadmaps, and lead engagements across the Nordics and Netherlands, partnering with architects, engineers and account leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commerce advising senior leaders on strategy and transformation.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices and roadmaps.
• Track record of selling and delivering work, not just pursuing opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commerce technology including platforms, data, search, pricing, APIs, integrations, payments and emerging AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level commercial and digital leaders: frame real business questions and define actions.
• Shape commerce strategies, operating models, capabilities, roadmaps and business cases into executable agendas.
• Ground advisory work in commerce technology; collaborate with architects/engineers to test feasibility without owning solution design.
• Lead engagements across the Nordics and Netherlands with account leadership and partners; develop advisory offerings and viewpoints.
