Job summary

RDT Sweden AB in Stockholm is seeking a Senior IT Security Specialist on a consulting assignment. You will own technical security across AWS, applications, data and infrastructure, combining security architecture with hands-on implementation.

You will work with developers and architects to strengthen security practices, design secure cloud solutions, and guide teams on secure coding and infrastructure design.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technical security engineering and ownership.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, cloud security and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning, secrets management and incident response.
• Practical knowledge of DevSecOps and IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, .NET or similar languages.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical technical solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, technical controls and security guidelines.
• Design and secure AWS environments, including serverless architectures, IAM, encryption and Zero Trust.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage vulnerabilities, security monitoring and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant security standards.
• Establish guidelines for secure AI‑assisted development and prevent data leakage.
• Guide development teams and architects on secure coding and infrastructure design.
