Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Cloud Engineer to manage and improve cloud infrastructure, contributing to reliability, security, and operational efficiency. The role involves IaC, automation, PKI tasks, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Stockholm-based setup.

Candidates should have Azure experience, IaC background, PowerShell skills, and strong Windows admin capabilities, with 2–5 years of related work experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of related work experience and general knowledge within their functional area.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including native services and tooling.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (medium to high complexity).
• Strong Windows systems administration experience, including Windows Roles & Features and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate within and across teams and manage projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): deploys and enhances cloud infrastructure; seeks peer code reviews.
• Configuration: builds and maintains configuration code for reliable, secure services.
• Data Center Operations: maintains hardware inventory and records; follows procedures for DR and security.
• Task Automation: develops automation using scripts, REST APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
• Networking: applies cloud networking concepts to maintain security posture and changes.
• Monitoring & Alerting: uses Azure Monitor to tune monitoring and alerts; improves observability.
• Patch Management: coordinates and executes patching; escalates complex issues as needed.
• PKI Knowledge: applies PKI concepts in customer and hosted environments with supervision.
• Product Knowledge: works with hosted Keyfactor products and supports stability of offerings.
