The role combines scientific leadership with client-facing responsibilities, mentoring, and continuous improvement in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial statistical experience in clinical or medical research.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate confidently with clients.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading study teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical activities in clinical trials and research projects.
• Design complex studies and apply advanced statistical methods.
• Develop and review study protocols, SAPs, and statistical reports.
• Oversee and conduct statistical analyses and programming using SAS, R, or Python.
• Serve as a key statistical contact in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and scientific publications.
• Mentor colleagues, lead teams, and support internal knowledge development.
