Tata Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Senior SW Engineer / CI/CD Engineer to lead automation, platform engineering, and end-to-end software delivery. The role focuses on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and collaboration across engineering and product teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers and help standardize security and governance in enterprise environments while working within an agile team.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Security and governance mindset with enterprise experience.
Familiarity with agile teams and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Operate and support enterprise Linux and business-critical solutions.
Work with Jenkins and CI/CD platforms to support software delivery pipelines.
Operate and support workloads across on-premises, Azure, and Kubernetes.
Monitor and troubleshoot with Prometheus, Grafana, and observability tools.
Support upgrades, patching, maintenance windows, and operational changes.
Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and service providers.
Create and maintain runbooks, procedures, and architecture docs.
Continually improve automation, security, and processes.
Collaborate with developers, operations, and product teams on end-to-end solutions.
Act as technical expert and advisor; mentor junior engineers.
