Job summary

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) is a global leader in ER&D services, seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role drives test strategy, automation, and CI/CD enablement across products and professional services, collaborating with architects, DevOps, product teams, and OEM customers.

The successful candidate will define test levels, non-functional requirements, and quality gates to ensure high software quality throughout the product-delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software testing, test strategy, and test architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automated test execution and frameworks.
• Proven expertise in API, integration, contract, system, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy for products on the new technology platform.
• Establish test levels including unit, component, API, contract, integration, system, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Define non-functional testing requirements: performance, security, resilience, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps to implement testability, automation, CI/CD integration, and quality gates.
• Develop and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define testing responsibilities between product development and customer-delivery teams.
