Job summary

If Insurance in Sweden is undergoing a Nordic-scale transformation to modernize core insurance platforms via Guidewire and cloud-based delivery, joining as a Business Analyst places you at the intersection of business and technology. You will translate needs into epics and user stories, guide stakeholders, and help evolve processes toward standard cloud capabilities with a focus on value delivery.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and delivery teams in an agile setup,

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite is highly valued.
• Experience with other enterprise platforms or complex transformation programs is relevant.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer, Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Understanding of Cloud and SaaS-based delivery principles.
• Proven ability to create clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in agile delivery models and supporting backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Drive business analysis and requirements work from idea to implementation.
• Shape initiatives through epic, feature and user story refinement.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and technology.
• Support backlog prioritization and value-driven decision making.
• Define acceptance criteria and contribute to testing and validation activities.
• Conduct impact analysis and identify dependencies across teams, processes and systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and platform capabilities.
