If Insurance is modernizing its core insurance platforms using Guidewire InsuranceSuite, and building Nordic capabilities, you will translate business needs into epics, features and stories. You will work with Product Managers, Architects and delivery teams to create business value and scalable solutions.

You will challenge requirements, promote standard SaaS practices and evolve processes for cloud delivery, while deepening Guidewire expertise together with a Nordic team.

Competenze

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in complex environments.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language is a plus.
• Experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite is highly valued.
• Understanding of Cloud and SaaS delivery principles.

• Drive analysis from idea to implementation across Nordic business initiatives.
• Define epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
