Job summary

Market Partner is seeking a Senior Brand Designer on a consultant contract to harmonise our brand across campaigns, events, decks and digital. You will translate our visual language into print and on-screen assets, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint.

The role reports into the Platform Design team and requires hands-on design across multiple mediums, with a portfolio demonstrating strong typography, color and layout skills.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing brand design across campaigns and media.
• Strong typography, color, and composition skills.
• Ability to adapt visual language across print, digital, events and motion.
• Experience preparing production-ready artwork for print (bleeds, dielines, color management).

Responsibilities

• Design branded assets for campaigns, events, presentations, blog and social media.
• Work independently from briefs to finished pieces with light art direction.
• Grow and refine visual language with new patterns and templates.
• Produce production-ready print artwork and coordinate with suppliers.
• Bring events to life with signage, graphics and stage visuals.
• Create presentation decks that simplify complex ideas for leaders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a unified brand story.
• Ensure all brand assets are consistent and reusable through templates and guidance.
