Justera Group is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join an internal Brand Design team, shaping a premium visual expression for our technology-focused brand. You will refine and elevate the company’s identity and ensure consistency across brand, product, and consumer experiences.

The ideal candidate has a decade of experience with premium brand design, a standout portfolio, and expertise in building scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in visual identity and premium brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft across digital and physical applications with premium aesthetic.
• Demonstrated experience with complex, scalable design systems.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop sophisticated visual identity systems and strategic creative directions.
• Transform brand strategy into premium visual outputs across brand, product, and consumer experience.
• Build and maintain design systems, including typography, color, layout, and imagery.
• Produce high-fidelity visualizations, mockups, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity and quality.
