• Strong sense of visual craft, typography, composition and systems thinking.
• Understand how design needs to adapt across platforms, formats and audiences.
• Are comfortable working with digital campaigns and content production.
• Have a sharp eye for detail, precision and visual consistency.
• Thrive in collaborative and fast-moving creative environments.
• Are curious about AI, emerging creative tools and modern workflows.
• Experience within digital product design, UX/UI, motion or social-first production is considered a strong advantage.
• Agency, design studio or in-house creative experience is highly valued.

• Develop visual concepts and creative directions.
