Qualifications

• 10+ years in visual identity and premium brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft across digital and physical applications with premium aesthetic.
• Demonstrated experience with complex, scalable design systems.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop sophisticated visual identity systems and strategic creative directions.
• Transform brand strategy into premium visual outputs across brand, product, and consumer experience.
• Build and maintain design systems, including typography, color, layout, and imagery.
• Produce high-fidelity visualizations, mockups, and presentation materials for stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking an Senior Brand Designer to join an internal Brand Design team dedicated to shaping the future of premium design and innovation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining, conceptualizing, and elevating the company's brand toward a more premium, confident expression.

You will work closely with design leadership, contributing hands-on to both high-level concept development and meticulous execution. The ideal candidate will create clear, scalable visual principles that span seamlessly across brand, product, and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop sophisticated visual identity systems and strategic creative directions.
• Transform high-level brand strategy into world-class, premium visual outputs.
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems, managing core pillars including Typography, Color, Layout, and Imagery.
• Produce high-fidelity visualizations, mockups, and compelling presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual alignment, brand integrity, and uncompromising quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in visual identity and premium brand design.
• A strong, curated portfolio showcasing a high level of craft across digital and physical applications with a distinct premium/luxury aesthetic.
• Demonstrated experience working with complex, scalable design systems.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Adobe After Effects is highly advantageous.
• Preferred Qualification:
• Background designing for premium tech, luxury, or automotive brands.
• Experience working across cross-cultural contexts (specifically European and Chinese markets) is a major plus.
• A natural passion for design innovation and shaping the future of modern mobility.
• Flexibility for limited travel if required.
