Job summary

You will shape scalable, secure banking solutions and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Leadership to break down complex requirements and drive design, implementation, delivery, and operation.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, architecture decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to align technical work with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable products with Golang.
• Strong experience operating cloud-native apps on GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Experience with distributed systems focusing on performance and reliability.
• Solid understanding of backend and cloud security best practices.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex systems with an operational mindset.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives balancing tech and product priorities.
• Thoughtful communicator capable of aligning engineering with business goals.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and responsible AI practices.
