Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build backend services in Python on AWS and to develop integrations across vehicle data, charging networks, and customer systems. The role is based in Gothenburg with a hybrid work model and an 11-month limited contract to start.

You will work with an international team, shape architecture and APIs, write tests, and ensure reliability as the service moves toward production, while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience backend software development; Python required, Java a plus.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based services.
• Testing, code review and maintainable systems.
• Good communication and ability to work with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services in Python on AWS.
• Develop integrations linking vehicle data, charging networks, providers and customer systems.
• Translate product needs into practical technical solutions.
• Shape architecture, APIs, data flows and security as product evolves.
• Write tests and improve deployment workflows for reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, stakeholders and partners in an international setting.
• Prepare service for broader use with reliability and production readiness.
