Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and distributed architectures.
• Expert Java knowledge including memory management, GC, and JVM internals.
• Experience with security, uptime and performance in customer-facing systems.
• Proficient in automated testing, deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of scalability, partition tolerance, failure recovery and service resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high availability Java services.
• Build fault-tolerant systems focusing on performance and observability.
• Lead architectural reviews and collaborate with platform, security and product teams.
