H&M Group is seeking a backend-focused software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for our Stores. The role emphasizes technical leadership, architecture ownership, and collaboration with product, business, and frontend teams.

The candidate should have strong C#/.NET, experience in Azure, APIs design, and containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, plus CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with backend focus, including leadership or technical lead experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, and in Azure concepts and development.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership & Ownership: taking end-to-end ownership of key initiatives from architecture to delivery.
• Mentorship: improving the team's technical level through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions.
