Job summary

DBtune in Malmö, Sweden is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build the backbone of our AI-driven database optimization platform. You will scale our AWS-hosted Django backend, refine APIs, and help harden the system for production use, reporting to the Director of Product.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and front-end teams, own critical backend components, and contribute to performance engineering, data modeling, and reliable infrastructure as part of a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Experience building containerized back-ends in the cloud and bringing concepts to production.
• Ability to design APIs with a focus on a great customer experience.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including ML engineers and front-end developers.
