Job summary

VNTRS is seeking an experienced Backend or Fullstack Developer to bridge robust code with cutting-edge tech in Stockholm. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional backend or fullstack development.
• Strong Python experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps ownership.
• Infrastructure as Code and containerization (Terraform, Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience consulting or working across multiple projects.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

The Role: Tech & Innovation

You will join our Tech Forum, a collaborative group of experts (Fullstack, DevOps, Architects) dedicated to high-quality code and modern solutions.

• Core Backend: Design and develop scalable systems primarily in Python with frameworks such as django, flask or fastapi.


• DevOps & Infrastructure: Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments using GCP (preferred), AWS, Docker, and Terraform.


• Dynamic Projects: Toggle between high-stakes projects, moving seamlessly from building products from the ground up to solving complex challenges for large enterprises.

Who You Are

• Experience: 5-7 years of professional backend or fullstack development.


• Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python (e.g., Django, flask, fastapi).


• Cloud infrastructure: Preferably GCP or AWS.


• DevOps: CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g. Terraform, Ansible), Microservices containerization (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes).


• Consultancy Mindset: You have experience working as a consultant or across various projects and thrive in the journey from Startup to Enterprise.


• Business Acumen: You are interested in the "why" behind the code and how it creates value.


• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English.


• AI: No need to be an expert, but a keen interest with some experience.




• Agent-Native: You integrate AI agents and autonomous workflows as a natural part of your backend architecture and infra-stack.


• Master of Tools: You’ve moved beyond simple chats. You leverage Cursor, Copilot, and advanced agents to accelerate delivery without ever compromising on code quality.


• Scalable AI: You know how to build and grow AI features in a fullstack environment while keeping the system stable and fast.




• Nice To Have: Frontend experience or interest in collaborating with our experts in React/Next.js.
